Transforming insurance law for multinational corporations for over 25 years.
Michael Rossi, Esq., founder of Insurance Law Group, Inc., began his career as a coverage litigator in 1991, working on behalf of policyholders in complex coverage litigation in court proceedings throughout the United States as an associate for the law firm Hill, Wynne, Troop & Meisinger.
Mr. Rossi began changing his career trajectory in the mid-1990s, to transform his practice from coverage litigation work to insurance transactional legal work, by creating a suite of legal services for risk managers of large, multinational corporations. Several of his clients have been his clients for more than a quarter of a century now, including Fortune 100 companies.
In 1999 Mr. Rossi ceased doing coverage litigation work, and moved from Hill Wynne’s Litigation Department to Corporate Department, heading up the firm’s Risk Management Legal Services Group.
In 2000 Mr. Rossi opened his own law firm, Insurance Law Group, Inc., and hired two of his colleagues from Hill Wynne, by then called Troop Steuber Pasich Reddick and Tobey. Together they provided insurance transactional legal services to risk managers and insurance brokers. They did not partake in coverage litigation.
Some twenty-five years later, Insurance Law Group, Inc. continues to provide highly-advanced insurance transactional legal services to risk managers of very large multinational corporations and insurance brokers alike.
